Questions

Can I model monthly SIP-style contributions?
Yes. Enter a monthly contribution alongside the starting principal; the result separates your total contributions from the interest they earn.
What is the inflation-adjusted value?
It restates the future value in today's purchasing power using the inflation rate percent you enter, so you can compare the outcome against current prices.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The calculation runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
What is the compound interest formula?
For a lump sum, A = P × (1 + r/n)^(n × t), where P is the principal, r the annual rate as a decimal, n the compounding periods per year, and t the years. ₹10,000 at 8% compounded monthly for 5 years grows to about ₹14,898.
