How to use it

  1. Choose the card type — employee ID, visitor pass, student ID, or membership card — and pick a card theme.
  2. Upload the organization logo and a photo, then enter the name, ID number, role, and department.
  3. Add contact details, blood group, and validity dates, then pick a barcode or QR-style code and set its code data.
  4. Check the front and back preview, then download the PDF, image, or SVG, or print the card.

Questions

Can I add a QR code or barcode to the ID card?
Yes. Choose Barcode or QR-style matrix under Machine-readable code and set the code data, typically the ID number. When the code data is empty, the card falls back to the ID number.
What appears on the back of the card?
The back lists the details you fill in, such as email, phone, blood group, validity dates, and the address or emergency note. Empty fields are left off.
Are the photo and logo uploaded to a server?
No. The card is generated entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded. The logo and photo stay on your device and are excluded from shareable links.
What size is the ID card?
The preview uses a standard card layout with a front and back. Print at 100% scale and check the printed size against your card stock or holder before printing a batch.
