Questions

Can I set a validity period on the quotation?
Yes. The valid-until date prints on the document, and the terms section can state that the quotation is valid until that date.
Does it show GST on each line item?
Yes. Each line carries its own GST and cess percent, and the totals show a CGST/SGST or IGST split depending on the GST treatment you choose.
Is my quotation data sent to a server?
No. The quotation is generated entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Shareable links also exclude private fields such as line items, logo, and signature, and drafts are saved only in this browser.
What is the difference between a quotation and an invoice?
A quotation is an offer made before the sale and can be accepted or declined. An invoice is issued after goods or services are supplied and asks for payment. Once a quotation is accepted, use the invoice generator to bill it.
